This is a fascinating title yes yes

The title says it all. Let’s go the other way my therapist tells me to go and listen to the mean little voice in my brain. And let’s focus on a singular thought for this experiment. What if I do it all wrong? That’s the one. The recurring one, that applies every single thing I wish to accomplish. And more often than I’d like to admit, it wins. It’s what stops me from blogging for over a decade.

I’ve always loved writing (even if sometimes my brain makes me doubt it with you don’t write enough to love it or your writing skills are clearly too poor for you to create anything of value). And if I make an effort and look back in time, there’s a singular point in time, a moment that was burned into my mind hopefully forever. I was in 3rd or 4th grade, I can’t be sure but I remember we had a writing assignment. The instructions were clear: write a letter to your parents to convince them to let you have a pet. For a bunch of 9 to 10-year-olds, you can imagine that the classroom filled with enthusiasm and ideas quite fast.
